Q. Why should I place an ad with The Ecstasy Directory?
A. The Ecstasy Directory is a great place to advertise, as we are an upscale, yet very competitively priced site. We are working hard every single day to make sure that we are going the best we can for our clients. We make it a point to link to other sites and businesses that will encourage an upscale kind of traffic.
The ads on our site randomly rotate, which means that you won't always be stuck at the end of the line just because your name starts with the letter Z. This also means that just because you placed your ad two weeks ago, you won't automatically shift to the back of the line. Each time the page is refreshed, our clients' ads are in a new and random order.
Q. How old is the site?
A. The site re-launched in August of 2011.
Q. Are you guys an escort agency?
A. No.
Q. Do you take commission from bookings that escorts receive?
A. No. All escorts and agencies simply use our site to advertise and they work for themselves. Any escorts or agencies listed on this site do not work for us; we just make their information available to the public.
Q. I am an escort and I'd like to advertise on your site. What do I need to do?
A. The first thing you need to do is go to the Sign-up page. From there, everything should be pretty self-explanatory. If you have any questions or concerns, however, please contact us at info@theecstasydirectory.com .
Q. What does it cost to advertise?
A. .30 cents per day!!
Q. What type of photos should I include in my profile?
A. We do recommend that you only submit photos that are of professional quality,"Tastefully Erotic" as this underscores the upscale nature of the site and allows you to be seen in the best possible manner. Any photos that shows graphic forms of genitalia stimulation will be deleted and the models profile is subject to suspension at our discretion. We suggest you include at least a couple of full-body images that accurately represent you. Some escorts choose not to submit images that show their faces, as they do not want to risk being recognized this, however, is entirely up to you.
Q. What type of information should I include in my profile?
A. We suggest that you include any information about yourself that sets you apart and makes you unique. We highly suggest that you refrain from using terms such as GFE and the like. We also suggest that you do not disclose a monetary rate for your time on the site. Please note that prior to being launched, each profile is reviewed by The Ecstasy Directory team, and may be subject to content editing. This is not to add additional information to one's profile, but to remove that which may make it attract the wrong kind of attention.
Q. I'd like to exchange banner ads with you. How may I do that?
A. Please contact us as advertise@theecstasydirectory.com
Q. Are the profiles and photos real?
A. We strongly discourage clients from falsely representing themselves, when providing information or photos. If it is brought to our attention that someone has provided information or photos which do not accurately represent them, we will investigate immediately and take the proper measures to rectify the situation (which very well may include deletion of the account).
Q. I have been trying to contact an escort on your site, but have not received a reply. Is there another way to contact he?
A. Escorts who advertise on our site indicate their contact information and preferences in their profiles. If you are attempting to contact an escort and are not receiving any responses, we cannot provide you with additional contact information. If this continues to happen for an extended period of time or to several potential clients, we will look into the matter.
Q. Why doesn't your site list escorts in my area?
A. Either they do not advertise on our site or there are simply none your area. We allow for escorts from each of the fifty states and Puerto Rico to advertise on our site. If you don't see your location right now, just check back every now and then, as it only takes one escort profile for your location to show up on our list
Q. I have a question about your site, but it is not addressed here. How may I get my question answered?
A. Simply contact us at info@theecstasydirectory.com.
Q. I have contact you, via email, and have yet to receive a response. Why?
A. It may be that we are responding to numerous e-mails and just have not made it to yours yet. It might also be that you misspelled our email address. Go back to your sent mail and be sure that you sent your inquiry to info@theecstasydirectory.com .
Q. How do I edit my profile?
A. When you initially signed-up, you were e-mailed a self-approve link; this same link will allow you to edit your profile. If you cannot find the link, let us know and we will be happy to send you a new one!
Q. On the sign-up page, why are there two spaces for phone numbers and for e-mail addresses?
A. The first set of phone number and e-mail address fields are for administrative purposes. This is the contact information we would use, if ever we need to contact you about your account with us. This information will not be a part of your public profile and will not be shared by us.
The second set of phone number and e-mail fields are for public display in your profile. You may choose to use the same contact information you used in the administrative/private fields that's fine.
PLEASE NOTE: In order for any potential clients to contact you, you MUST place at least one phone number OR one e-mail address in the public fields.

Q. Do I need to enter a stage name, when I sign-up?
A. You must put something in the stage name field, even if it's the same name you used at the top of the sign-up page. We understand that some of our clients will provide their real names for administrative purposes (we don't share this information), but would prefer not to disclose it publicly on their profiles. Whatever you put in the stage name field will show up as your public profile name.
Q. Why am I being asked to submit 2 forms of Picture identification?
A. Here at TED, we are committed to ensuring that our models are represented accurately. Therefore, to deter our site from being infiltrated with models who are fake or under-age. We will be randomly selecting models to submit this information. Those who we randomly select to provide the additional information, decide not to participate will have their account suspended until the additional information that is requested is received by our office by email : info@theecstasydirectory.com
